July
2010
Dearest friends and partners,
It’s been a great summer so far and thank
you so much for your prayer and financial
support. We have hosted four kid’s cowboy
camps so far this season, with three more
planned before school starts. Here is a
photo of our all girl camp:

The girls had a great time riding horses,
fishing and crafts for the week ~ all
centered around the Word of God. Many of
the kids that come to camp are mightily
ministered to and have life changing
experiences as they are touched by the l
ove of God. Our ‘silver spur’ winner for
the week was Miranda Dunn of Shamrock,
Oklahoma. Thanks to those that sponsored
kids to make their life changing week
possible! If you’d like to sponsor a child
for camp, just note your giving to help
with camp. Thanks so much!

We are still working on the finances to
get Bear’s own book, “You Can Make It
When
You Get Out” sent out to be printed. We
are believing for $5,000 to print 5,000
books and so far we have $350 that has come
in for his book. Thanks for praying about
how you can help.

We already have many
inmates asking for a copy – we know the
need is great. This pocket size book is
full of information from how to walk away
from the old friends to good restaurant
etiquette. There is also room for the
inmates’ ‘countdown to their release date’
calendar and a place for their own notes
as they look for jobs or housing. Please
pray for this awesome project and consider
sowing seed as we drastically change the
recidivism rate by getting this book into
the hands of inmates world wide.

From
the mailroom….
Just this week we received a
letter from an inmate that
read the Bear and Dove book
in Kabwe, Zambia, C. Africa:
“Bear’s life story gives me
a good reason to change my
life. The crime I committed
was murder and I have been in
prison for 12 years with no
date to get out. I wish to
live the life of Bear Morgan,
of course be a second Bear
Morgan but this time in Africa.
This book will be my manual
knowing I will never go wrong
in anything, if I follow Bear’s
footsteps. I prayed the prayer
to ask God to forgive me and
give me the boldness of Bear.
I wish that Loving Hearts could
extend to my country, as my
country needs the strength and
truth that you give to the world…”

Loving Hearts Ministry is Touching
Lives WORLDWIDE!

Dear Partners,
The map above shows just a small
part of what your giving has helped
do! My name is Bobbi Dunn, and my
husband Dale has spent days working
on putting pins on the map you see
above. This map shows the places that
Loving Hearts receives mail from
inmates that have read the Bear and
Dove book. We hope it will always need
more pins!
My family has been a part of Loving
Hearts for almost 2 years now, and I
can’t imagine our lives without Dove
and this ministry. My son is out of
jail and doing wonderful thanks to
Dove and the Ministry. Because of the
support Dove has given my family, I
asked her if I could help with this
letter so I could personally thank
you for the support you give Loving
Hearts Ministry. So, from the bottom
of my heart,
God Bless You and Thank You!!
From the entire Dunn family!
